The shaking bath is the most economical method of blacking small parts perfectly and evenly.

Burnishing is either dipped or brushed. We have now combined the advantages of both methods. Shake bluing is as economical as bluing with a brush and as perfectly even as dip bluing.

With our mini immersion bath for burnishing, you can now also use brush burnishing for immersion baths. With the mini burnishing station, you can create perfect, complete burnishes without a brush. The container is sealed and can therefore produce perfect burnishing on the entire surface by shaking.

For particularly small parts, the mini burnishing tank contains an immersion basket that you can easily remove from the centre post. Larger parts are placed directly into the high or flat burnishing vessel (lid of the vessel). The lid of the container can also be used for filling with burnishing agents and for dipping.
