very good instrument
This is a very good instrument and very precise. It replaces one that is stiff and laborious to adjust. The adjustment for the proportion could be a wee bit smoother. The divider function is good, not too stiff, not too loose. I agree that a Golden ratio marking would put this up to a ten out of ten.
Präzise
Ich nutze ihn hin und wieder zum Zeichnen und habe lange überlegt ob ich das Geld dafür ausgeben will. Ich bin so froh endlich ein vernünftiges und sehr gutes Werkzeug zu besitzen. Den Preis empfinde ich inzwischen als angemessen und dafür habe ich es gerne ausgegeben. Ein sehr schönes Werkzeug!

Fine, high quality, precision divider
If you still need to draft by hand then you will find this extremely useful. Excellent quality, weighty, matt steel with fine markings. Only negatives are a lack of root 2 and Golden Ratio marks. HAFF quality for a reasonable price.
