Die Lötstellen müssen hinterher gereinigt werde. Da gibt es bessere Lötfette bei denen das nicht nötig ist

Sehr gutes Flussmittel

Sehr gutes Flussmittel ohne ätzende Rückstände. Löte damit filigrane Kupferkühlkörper. In Verbindung mit dem Titannadel Lötschieber braucht man minimale Zinnmengen für optisch ansprechende Lötverbindungen.
