Shimming Foil Tape
The shimming foil tape is an indispensable tool for precise work in fine mechanics and model making. You receive four tapes, each 13 mm wide and approx. 200 mm long, in the exact thicknesses of 0.1 mm, 0.2 mm, 0.5 mm, and 1.0 mm. These foil tapes are ideal for precisely aligning turning tools in tool holders. Depending on the dimensions of the tool holder, 3-4 turning tool shims can be conveniently cut from each tape.
