The Shaking Bluing Bath and Mini Immersion Bath

Discover the innovative solution for perfect surface finishing with the Shaking Bluing Bath and Mini Immersion Bath. This special equipment combines the cost-efficiency of shaking with the precision of an immersion bath to uniformly and flawlessly blue small parts.

Revolutionary Bluing Technology

Traditional bluing methods such as immersion or brushing each have their advantages and disadvantages. Our Shaking Bluing Bath combines the best of both worlds: it is as economical as brush bluing, but achieves the uniform quality of immersion bluing. The system allows for perfect and even bluing on the entire surface, without the need for brushes or applicators.

Versatile Application for Every Part

The Mini Immersion Bath is ideal for finishing small parts. For particularly small workpieces, a practical immersion basket is available, which can be easily removed. Larger parts find their place either in the tall or the shallow bluing vessel. The lid of the vessel simultaneously serves as a container for filling with bluing solutions and for immersing the parts. The sealed vessel allows for complete and uniform treatment by simply shaking.
